Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing apparel company in Commerce, California. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is well suited for someone who enjoys supporting customers in a fast-moving setting and can manage multiple service needs with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a service-minded approach, and the ability to keep orders and customer interactions organized from start to finish.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage customer requests related to purchases, returns, exchanges, and cancellations while ensuring all details are entered correctly.<br>• Work closely with warehouse, sales, and production teams to help keep orders on schedule and address fulfillment issues promptly.<br>• Respond to customer inquiries by providing clear updates on products, pricing, availability, and shipment status.<br>• Handle service concerns with professionalism, resolving routine issues directly and directing more complex matters to the appropriate team members.<br>• Maintain organized and accurate customer account information, order records, and service notes within company systems.<br>• Provide support for wholesale accounts and retail partners, helping maintain strong day-to-day business relationships.<br>• Assist with order coordination and compliance requirements for larger retail accounts when needed.<br>• Support inbound and outbound customer communication, including phone and email interactions, in a timely manner.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within apparel, retail, or a related product-based environment.<br>• Hands-on experience with order entry and customer account support in business systems such as ERP or similar platforms is preferred.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams and with customers.<br>• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail when managing multiple orders and service requests.<br>• Ability to balance competing priorities and perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.<br>• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a service-focused role is beneficial.<br>• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
