Quality Control Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to support daily document coordination for a manufacturing operation in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who works well with technical paperwork, stays organized in a fast-paced office environment, and can help ensure production teams receive accurate information when needed. The role combines clerical support with document handling and internal coordination to keep shop and planning activities moving efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and print technical drawings and related documents for operational use.<br>• Compile organized document packets for shop personnel, ensuring materials are complete and easy to reference.<br>• Distribute prepared packets to the planning team and other internal departments as needed.<br>• Review documents for clarity, proper arrangement, and readiness before release.<br>• Scan, file, and maintain records of drawings and supporting paperwork for quick retrieval.<br>• Provide day-to-day administrative support tied to quality and document control activities.
• Experience performing clerical or administrative support duties in an office or manufacturing setting.<br>• Ability to scan, organize, and manage paper and digital documents accurately.<br>• Familiarity with architectural, contract, or construction drawings and related technical documentation.<br>• Strong attention to detail when handling printed materials and document packets.<br>• Comfortable working with routine office equipment such as printers and scanners.<br>• Effective communication and organizational skills for coordinating with internal departments.
