We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant for a contract role based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the accuracy of operational metrics and key performance indicators by ensuring data integrity. Over the course of eight weeks, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving data discrepancies while collaborating with various teams.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review and authenticate work orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Identify and flag invalid or delinquent entries within the system.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to confirm and validate records.<br>• Remove inaccurate data manually to maintain clean metrics and KPIs.<br>• Utilize Power BI dashboards to support data analysis and reporting.<br>• Work with Excel and other tools to manage and organize data effectively.<br>• Conduct research to enhance the quality and reliability of company metrics.<br>• Communicate findings and updates to relevant stakeholders throughout the process.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management.<br>• Familiarity with Power BI or willingness to learn BI dashboard tools.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect data anomalies.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.<br>• Aptitude for conducting research and verifying information.<br>• Open to entry-level candidates with a strong technical foundation.<br>• Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
