<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are actively seeking organized and proactive <strong>Administrative Assistants</strong> who are open to <strong>temporary and temp-to-hire</strong> opportunities. <p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.</li><li>1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Entry-level candidates with strong skills and a professional attitude are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using email and calendar management tools.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Reliable, professional, and adaptable with the flexibility to work in temporary assignments and varying schedules.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
