We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Program Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will lead large-scale transformational initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to drive significant change within a global organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their objectives and address complex challenges.<br>• Take ownership of transformational programs or projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.<br>• Develop and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional leaders.<br>• Oversee project activities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met efficiently.<br>• Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as operating model design, process optimization, shared services strategy, and cost reduction.<br>• Create and execute project strategies that align with business goals and produce measurable outcomes.<br>• Mentor and provide guidance to project team members to foster collaboration and high performance.<br>• Identify additional opportunities for transformation within current projects or business areas.<br>• Implement and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<br>• Ensure all initiatives are aligned with financial objectives and strategic priorities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within a global company.<br>• Proven track record of leading multiple teams or workstreams in large-scale transformation projects.<br>• Strong expertise in program management tools and techniques, including change management.<br>• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex financial and operational challenges.<br>• Commercially astute with a solid understanding of company financials, including P& L.<br>• Experience with international business transformation initiatives is highly desirable.<br>• Proficiency in customer service software and maintaining project calendars.<br>• Exposure to global real estate markets is preferred but not mandatory.
