Office Services Associate
<p>We are looking for a dependable Office Services Associate to support daily administrative and operational services for a client site. This is a Contract position suited for someone with broad office support experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to assist with tasks such as conference room upkeep, supply replenishment, and document handling. The person in this role will contribute to copy, mail, scanning, and general back-office functions while helping maintain responsive, high-quality service in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage incoming office service requests by reviewing work details, confirming instructions, and maintaining accurate service records before processing assignments.</p><p>• Carry out day-to-day document production, scanning, mail handling, and intake support in accordance with site procedures and service expectations.</p><p>• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure completed work is delivered accurately and within agreed turnaround times.</p><p>• Communicate proactively with clients, team members, and leadership regarding deadlines, job status, and any issues that may affect completion.</p><p>• Identify and resolve routine equipment or workflow problems, escalating more complex concerns when additional support is needed.</p><p>• Perform quality checks on completed materials to confirm accuracy, presentation, and adherence to job specifications.</p><p>• Restock paper, toner, and other office supplies, and help keep shared spaces such as conference rooms and service areas neat and ready for use.</p><p>• Follow workplace policies for confidential information, operational safety, and client-site procedures while supporting additional office services as needed</p>
• High school diploma or equivalent required.<br>• At least 1 year of office services or administrative support experience, ideally within a legal, banking, or large corporate setting.<br>• Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer service and build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.<br>• Comfortable handling confidential documents with care and maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.<br>• Able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under deadlines, and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Capable of making sound day-to-day decisions, solving routine problems, and recognizing when to escalate issues.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.<br>• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and support physical tasks such as stocking supplies and moving materials.
