• Cisco Meraki – Hands-on experience with Meraki switches, wireless APs, templates/configuration, cameras, troubleshooting, and ideally multi-site network environments.<br>• Microsoft 365 / Entra ID –Administration of M365, Entra ID, MFA, Exchange/Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.<br>• Active Directory / Identity –User provisioning, permissions, Group Policy, account administration, and access/security management.<br>• Network &amp; Systems Administration –Strong troubleshooting across LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, Windows Server, backups, endpoints, and general infrastructure. They need someone capable of supporting the current environment while helping execute the network migration.<br>Preferred:<br>• Multi-Site / Restaurant Technology –Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or another distributed-location environment would translate well. Toast POS, online ordering, third-party delivery integrations, and surveillance/camera systems would be particularly valuable.<br>• Hands-On Troubleshooting &amp; Customer Support – Must be comfortable working directly with restaurant managers and corporate users, diagnosing issues independently, managing vendors, and handling escalated problems.<br>I would prioritize candidates in roughly this skill combination: Cisco Meraki + M365/Entra + Active Directory + multi-site networking + Windows Server + POS/restaurant or retail technology.<br><br>The biggest differentiator is Meraki in a distributed, multi-location environment. Someone who has actually configured and migrated Meraki networks across dozens of locations is much closer to what this role needs than a traditional Systems Administrator who happens to have touched Merak
