Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.</li><li>2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a Staff Accountant or General Ledger accounting role.</li><li>Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).</li><li>Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.</li><li>Experience with accounting software or ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.</li></ul>
