<p>We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented SQL Database Administrators (DBAs) to join our network for upcoming opportunities with enterprise-level environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside infrastructure, application, and development teams while helping support and optimize critical database systems for growing organizations.</p><p>The ideal candidate is passionate about database performance, data integrity, and system reliability, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise SQL database environments</li><li>Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and query optimization</li><li>Manage backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery processes</li><li>Support high-availability environments and ensure database reliability and uptime</li><li>Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and application support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues</li><li>Implement database security, permissions, patching, and maintenance best practices</li><li>Develop and maintain automation scripts, jobs, and monitoring processes</li><li>Participate in database migrations, upgrades, and system enhancements</li></ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience administering Microsoft SQL Server or other enterprise database platforms</li><li>Strong experience with T-SQL scripting, stored procedures, and query optimization</li><li>Experience with backup/recovery strategies, replication, clustering, and Always On Availability Groups</li><li>Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)</li><li>Strong understanding of database security and performance tuning best practices</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot production database issues in high-volume environments</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Azure SQL Database, Amazon Web Services AWS, or hybrid cloud environments</li><li>Familiarity with Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, or MySQL</li><li>Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools such as SolarWinds, Redgate SQL Monitor, and ServiceNow</li><li>Experience with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell</li><li>Familiarity with ETL processes, database migrations, and data integration workflows</li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills</li><li>Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute within enterprise database environments</li></ul>
