<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join a growing analytics and technology team supporting a rapidly expanding operational environment. This newly created role will play a key part in advancing enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities across a modern Microsoft and Azure ecosystem.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring strong Power BI expertise, advanced SQL skills, and experience developing scalable reporting solutions that deliver actionable operational and financial insights. This individual will serve as the lead BI resource, partnering closely with technical and business stakeholders while helping guide ongoing BI initiatives and supporting an additional BI developer resource.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building modern analytics solutions, improving data visibility across systems, and contributing to a growing data-driven organization.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations </li><li>Build scalable data models to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics </li><li>Develop operational and financial analytics around job costing, margin, profitability, and volume metrics </li><li>Work across multiple systems and data sources to improve reporting accessibility and consistency </li><li>Collaborate with API and application development resources to support integrated reporting solutions </li><li>Utilize SQL and DAX to transform large and complex datasets into actionable business insights </li><li>Support real-time and near real-time reporting initiatives across operational systems </li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver analytics solutions aligned to business objectives </li><li>Assist in establishing reporting standards, best practices, and scalable BI processes </li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to an additional BI developer resource supporting the environment    </li></ul><p><strong>Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Azure cloud environment </li><li>Azure Data Factory and Data Lake architecture </li><li>NetSuite ERP platform </li><li>Oracle-based legacy systems </li><li>ASP.NET ERP/CRM platform </li><li>Growing focus on AI and advanced analytics initiatives </li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of Business Intelligence or BI Development experience </li><li>Advanced experience with Power BI development and dashboard creation </li><li>Strong SQL skills including complex querying and data modeling </li><li>Experience working within Microsoft and Azure environments </li><li>Strong DAX and Power Query experience </li><li>Experience working with ETL processes and large datasets </li><li>Exposure to API-driven integrations and cross-system reporting </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills </li><li>Experience supporting operational and financial analytics initiatives preferred </li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Azure Data Factory experience </li><li>Exposure to Data Lake environments </li><li>Oracle or legacy ERP system experience </li><li>NetSuite integration exposure </li><li>Experience supporting operational industries such as logistics, manufacturing, recycling, or supply chain environments </li><li>Background with job costing, margin analysis, or profitability reporting </li></ul>
