We are seeking a <strong>Supply Chain Coordinator</strong> for a contract opportunity with a growing organization in the Cedar Rapids area. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials, inventory, and orders move efficiently through the supply chain to support business operations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Coordinate purchasing, inventory, and order fulfillment activities</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning</li><li>Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding order status and delivery timelines</li><li>Track shipments and resolve delivery, inventory, or supply issues as they arise</li><li>Maintain accurate records within ERP and inventory management systems</li><li>Generate reports related to inventory, purchasing, and supply chain metrics</li><li>Assist with demand planning, forecasting, and production support activities</li><li>Research and resolve discrepancies involving purchase orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory counts</li><li>Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy</li></ul><p><br></p>
