Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for leadership in Cary, North Carolina. This Contract position requires someone who can manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel logistics with accuracy and discretion. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable keeping executive priorities moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee executive calendars by scheduling appointments, resolving conflicts, and ensuring leaders are prepared for daily commitments<br>• Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and itinerary details<br>• Coordinate meeting logistics for executive sessions, including invitations, room arrangements, materials, and timing<br>• Prepare and maintain clear travel itineraries and supporting documents so leaders have complete trip information<br>• Serve as a central point of coordination for changing schedules, urgent updates, and meeting adjustments<br>• Support executive operations by tracking key commitments and following up on action items after meetings
• Demonstrated experience supporting executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity<br>• Strong ability to manage calendars with multiple priorities and shifting deadlines<br>• Experience organizing business travel and handling detailed trip arrangements<br>• Skilled in coordinating executive meetings and maintaining clear communication<br>• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
