Maximo Developer
<p>We are looking for a senior Maximo Developer to work onsite in Cape Canaveral, Florida. This position blends hands-on development with solution architecture, giving you ownership of platform design, enhancement planning, across the Maximo environment. You will work closely with business partners, internal team members, and external consultants to strengthen current capabilities and build scalable solutions that support ongoing operational needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the technical design of IBM Maximo solutions and shape architecture that supports upcoming functional expansions.</p><p>• Build, test, and resolve issues within automation scripts, workflows, business logic, and tailored application enhancements.</p><p>• Create and maintain integrations between Maximo and connected enterprise platforms, including NetSuite and planned ArcGIS connectivity.</p><p>• Review the existing Maximo setup, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements to performance and usability.</p><p>• Translate business needs into technical designs by partnering with stakeholders and clarifying requirements for new capabilities.</p><p>• Provide hands-on development support while guiding overall platform direction and technical best practices.</p><p>• Collaborate with consulting partners and internal administrators to deliver enhancements, align architectural decisions, and support future-state planning.</p><p>• Contribute expertise in Maximo Mobile to improve deployment effectiveness, user adoption, and ongoing platform optimization.</p>
• Demonstrated experience developing within IBM Maximo, including automation scripting, workflow configuration, business rules, and custom application solutions.<br>• Background working in Maximo SaaS environments with exposure to platform updates, enhancements, and operational support.<br>• Strong knowledge of Maximo Mobile, including implementation, support, and optimization considerations.<br>• Ability to design scalable technical solutions and integrations for enterprise applications.<br>• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and converting them into effective system designs.<br>• Proven capability to balance hands-on development responsibilities with technical leadership and architectural guidance.<br>• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams with varied priorities and perspectives.
