Litigation Associate
<p>Our client is currently seeking a Litigation Associate to join a respected regional law firm in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. This permanent opportunity offers the chance to work on complex civil disputes in a team-oriented practice while maintaining flexibility through a hybrid schedule. The role is well suited for an attorney who wants meaningful client exposure, hands-on litigation experience, and long-term career growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage civil litigation matters from initial case assessment through settlement, hearing, or trial preparation.</p><p>• Prepare persuasive legal documents, including complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and related filings.</p><p>• Perform thorough legal research and develop factual records to support case strategy and client positions.</p><p>• Oversee discovery activities by drafting written requests, evaluating responses, and coordinating document review.</p><p>• Conduct and defend depositions while identifying key testimony and evidentiary issues.</p><p>• Represent clients at court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and other litigation-related appearances.</p><p>• Maintain clear communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel throughout the life of each matter.</p><p>• Partner with senior attorneys on litigation planning, witness preparation, and overall trial readiness.</p>
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.<br>• Active bar admission and good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.<br>• At least 2 years of experience practicing in civil litigation is preferred.<br>• Demonstrated ability to produce strong legal writing and apply sound analytical judgment.<br>• Working knowledge of discovery practice, motion drafting, and case development.<br>• Capacity to handle multiple active matters with a high level of independence.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.<br>• Strong verbal communication skills and professionalism in client-facing interactions.
