• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in transactional commercial real estate and multifamily housing.<br>• Proven expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions.<br>• Strong understanding of affordable housing regulations and practices is highly desirable.<br>• Excellent academic credentials, demonstrating a commitment to legal excellence.<br>• Exceptional drafting, editing, and communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
