We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This Contract to potential long-term position requires a strong commitment to delivering excellent service while handling financial transactions and promoting the bank’s products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork in all aspects of their role.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process a variety of customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to bank policies.<br>• Maintain and balance a cash drawer in accordance with established procedures.<br>• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and support business growth.<br>• Handle customer inquiries and refer them to appropriate departments for complex issues.<br>• Open, maintain, and close various account types while providing guidance to customers.<br>• Uphold the confidentiality and security of customer information, adhering to bank policies and regulations.<br>• Represent the bank positively by fostering good relationships with customers and coworkers.<br>• Perform clerical duties within the branch, including imaging documents and filing.<br>• Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations through completion of required training.<br>• Safeguard sensitive customer data from cyber threats by following established security protocols.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or banking roles.<br>• Strong supervisory and oversight skills with the ability to guide team members.<br>• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.<br>• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.<br>• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.<br>• Familiarity with promoting and cross-selling financial products and services.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive customer relationships.<br>• Ability to perform branch opening and closing duties as needed.
