Project Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized Project Assistant to support construction-related work in Massachusetts. This is a Contract position within the Services industry, offering the opportunity to help coordinate schedules, maintain project documentation, and keep daily activities organized. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative support skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to contribute to multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate project timelines and track key milestones to help keep construction assignments moving according to plan.<br>• Maintain and update master schedules, ensuring project teams have accurate information on deadlines, activities, and progress.<br>• Organize, scan, and file project records so that documentation remains complete, accessible, and up to date.<br>• Provide day-to-day administrative support for project management activities, including meeting preparation, status tracking, and follow-up tasks.<br>• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to relay updates, answer routine questions, and support a high level of customer service.<br>• Assist with monitoring construction project activities by gathering information, identifying scheduling gaps, and escalating issues when needed.
• Experience supporting construction projects or working in a project coordination or project assistant capacity.<br>• Ability to manage timelines and maintain organized schedules across multiple active tasks.<br>• Working knowledge of master scheduling practices and general project management principles.<br>• Proficiency in scanning, organizing, and maintaining project documentation with strong attention to detail.<br>• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.<br>• Ability to prioritize responsibilities, stay organized, and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
