Executive Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in Boston, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage complex scheduling, coordinate travel, and keep executive priorities running smoothly. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage senior leaders’ calendars by organizing appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring daily priorities are aligned.<br>• Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, transportation, lodging, and related logistics.<br>• Coordinate executive meetings by preparing schedules, confirming attendees, and supporting smooth meeting execution.<br>• Provide day-to-day administrative support that helps leadership stay focused on strategic priorities.<br>• Monitor changing plans and adjust schedules or travel arrangements quickly to meet business needs.<br>• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding executive availability and meeting coordination.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.<br>• Strong ability to manage complex calendars with a high level of accuracy and discretion.<br>• Demonstrated experience coordinating business travel and handling itinerary changes efficiently.<br>• Skilled in organizing executive meetings and managing multiple priorities at once.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
