Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an attentive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers.<br>• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.<br>• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records and process orders.<br>• Respond to customer emails with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.<br>• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to address client needs effectively.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and organize information.<br>• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer services as needed.<br>• Process order entries with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.<br>• Strong proficiency in answering inbound and handling outbound calls.<br>• Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.<br>• Experience in email correspondence with customers or clients.<br>• Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and organization.<br>• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.<br>• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
