If you are passionate about corporate law and eager to grow your career in a collaborative and supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A) transactions, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with applicable laws.<br>• Facilitate bank and equity financing processes, providing strategic advice and legal support to clients.<br>• Manage the purchase, sale, and financing of businesses and commercial real estate properties.<br>• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs and case strategies.<br>• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to corporate and real estate transactions.<br>• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business goals and tailor legal solutions accordingly.<br>• Provide guidance on corporate governance matters to ensure proper compliance and operational efficiency.<br>• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver timely and effective legal services.<br>• Assist in resolving disputes and addressing complex legal challenges within the business context.<br>• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to enhance service delivery.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate.<br>• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts and transaction documents.<br>• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills to address complex legal issues effectively.<br>• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience with bank and equity financings is highly desirable.<br>• Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.<br>• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.<br>• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
