This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on financial leader who is passionate about serving the local community and supporting a mission-driven organization. <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required (CPA and/or MBA preferred)</li><li>15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within a nonprofit environment</li><li>Strong background in grant accounting and state funding compliance, particularly within Connecticut</li><li>Proven experience presenting financial information to a Board of Directors</li><li>Systems savvy with experience working in complex fund accounting software - Sage MIP preferred</li><li>Demonstrated leadership ability with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset</li><li>Genuine passion for community service and nonprofit mission-driven work</li></ul>
