<ul><li>3+ years of full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping experience</li><li>Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close</li><li>Experience with accounting software (Sage or similar preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment</li></ul><p>Preferred Experience</p><ul><li>Experience in a small to mid-sized company environment</li><li>Exposure to inventory, payroll, or multi-department support</li><li>Background in a hands-on accounting or bookkeeping role</li></ul><p><br></p>
