If not, for immediate consideration, please apply or call Warren Knight at 484-214-2624 Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and month-end close processes.• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements in compliance with nonprofit accounting standards.• Lead the annual audit process, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors.• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including grant reporting requirements and Form 990 filings.• Develop and enforce robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard organizational assets.• Collaborate with leadership and program teams to oversee budgeting and forecasting activities.• Monitor cash flow, investments, and overall financial sustainability of the organization.• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and program outcomes.• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and a culture of excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership responsibilities. • Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting practices and standards. • Experience with grant and fund accounting is highly desirable. • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on problem-solving. • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying financial information to non-financial audiences. • Proficiency in accounting software and systems relevant to nonprofit organizations. • Prior experience managing audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
