Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:<br><br>Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.<br>Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.<br>Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.<br>Ensure resource availability and allocation across project teams.<br>Prepare and present reports for upper management regarding project status and progress.<br>Track project performance, specifically analyzing the completion of short and long-term goals.<br>Report and escalate issues to management as needed.<br>Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs and support project planning.<br>Maintain and update project calendars, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information for stakeholders.<br>Communicate schedule updates, changes, and cancellations to relevant parties.<br>Balance multiple tasks and priorities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of deliverables.<br>Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively find solutions that minimize disruption.<br>Monitor scheduling metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on scheduling performance.<br>Perform other related duties as assigned.<br><br>Qualifications<br> <br>High school diploma and 2 years related experience and training.<br>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.<br>Knowledge of Design software; Project Management software's and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.<br>Ability to plan and manage multiple projects accurately and on time for customers.
