This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BI professional who enjoys building scalable data solutions, transforming complex data into actionable insights, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake.</li><li>Build reliable data validation processes including reconciliation, record count validation, anomaly detection, and other data quality controls.</li><li>Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.</li><li>Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization platforms.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical data solutions that provide meaningful insights.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.</li><li>Lead Business Intelligence projects from planning through implementation, including documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication.</li><li>Establish and promote BI best practices, governance standards, and data visualization strategies.</li><li>Provide end-user training, support, and guidance to encourage adoption of reporting and analytics tools.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accessibility, and overall analytics capabilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or a similar role.</li><li>Advanced SQL skills with experience working with relational databases.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Snowflake data modeling and modern data warehousing concepts.</li><li>Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar BI platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality methodologies.</li><li>Experience using Python, APIs, AI-enabled analytics tools, or other modern data technologies is a plus.</li><li>ERP reporting experience is beneficial.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Experience managing projects and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Snowflake</li><li>SQL</li><li>Power BI</li><li>Data Warehousing</li><li>Data Modeling</li><li>ETL / ELT</li><li>DAX</li><li>Python</li><li>APIs</li><li>AI Technologies</li><li>Relational Databases</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><p>This position requires U.S. citizenship due to project and data access requirements.
