Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for an organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our client's team on a contract basis in Beaverton, Oregon. This role involves engaging with business owners, coordinating approvals, and supporting project initiatives while ensuring excellent service delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and administrative skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Initiate outbound calls to establish and maintain partnerships with business owners.</p><p>• Coordinate approvals and manage relationships effectively within the organization.</p><p>• Qualify potential partnerships and organize relevant information in the company database.</p><p>• Provide administrative support to project coordinators as required.</p><p>• Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.</p><p>• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.</p><p>• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping to support project goals.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools to create reports and manage documentation.</p><p>• Uphold exceptional customer service standards in every interaction.</p>
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Ability to type 45-60 words per minute accurately.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational and administrative skills.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
