Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a busy Development team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role offers an opportunity to contribute in a fast-paced healthcare-related environment's real estate development team while coordinating executive priorities, communications, and daily operations. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational judgment, advanced office technology skills, and the ability to support multiple leaders with attention to detail and discretion.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage complex calendars, prioritize scheduling needs, and coordinate meetings, calls, and departmental events for multiple executives.</p><p>• Prepare clear presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.</p><p>• Support the Development team with day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables remain on track.</p><p>• Organize meeting logistics, compile materials, capture key discussion points, and distribute accurate notes and action items.</p><p>• Assist with contract-related administrative tasks, including document tracking, compliance support, and coordination of approvals.</p><p>• Process expense reporting, timekeeping, and related administrative records using assigned business systems and internal tools.</p><p>• Serve as a central point of communication for executives and team members, helping maintain smooth collaboration across the department.</p><p>• Coordinate travel arrangements and adjust plans as needed to align with changing executive schedules and business priorities.</p>
<p>• Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role with responsibility for multiple stakeholders specifically with land development, real estate, commercial construction</p><p>• Strong tenure history in prior positions, reflecting reliability, professionalism, and consistent performance.</p><p>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including excellent PowerPoint skills and strong command of Word, Outlook, and Excel.</p><p>• Ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality.</p><p>• Experience supporting contracts, commercial agreements, or documentation workflows is highly valued.</p><p>• Collaborative work style with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>• Prior exposure to real estate, land development, construction, or related project environments is preferred.</p><p>• Familiarity with tools such as Concur, CRM platforms, and timekeeping systems is a plus.</p>
