Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support an organization in Baltimore, Maryland. This is an on-going Contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing recurring tasks with minimal supervision. The role includes document and data handling, and day-to-day administrative coordination using Excel and Outlook.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets and internal records with a high level of precision.</p><p>• Use Excel and Outlook to organize information, track tasks, and maintain consistent communication.</p><p>• Follow established prompts and administrative procedures to support benefits processing activities.</p><p>• Provide dependable coverage for routine administrative workflows during team member absences.</p><p>• Assist with general office support, including handling inbound calls and responding to basic administrative requests.</p><p>• Maintain organized records and help ensure documentation is current, accessible, and accurate.</p><p>• Take ownership of assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.</p>
• Strong experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar business support role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, including working with data, formatting, and email communication.<br>• Excellent attention to detail, especially when reviewing payroll-related or benefits-related information.<br>• Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive, accuracy-driven tasks.<br>• Experience with data entry and record maintenance in an office environment that requires accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Comfortable managing inbound calls and supporting general receptionist or front-office duties when needed.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize recurring responsibilities effectively.
