This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the creation and optimization of Workday integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity across enterprise systems. If you excel in technical problem-solving and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions, this role is perfect for you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound interfaces.</p><p>• Utilize tools such as Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and Cloud Connect to build efficient integration solutions.</p><p>• Apply programming skills including Java and API development to create scalable custom integrations.</p><p>• Ensure accurate data flow between Workday and other enterprise systems, addressing data discrepancies and inefficiencies.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data mapping, transformation, and validation.</p><p>• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support integration objectives and manage risks.</p><p>• Lead multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.</p><p>• Recommend improvements to existing integration processes and stay updated with emerging technologies.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Proven expertise in Workday integration development, including proficiency with Workday Studio and Workday Web Services.</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.</p><p>• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of engaging multidisciplinary teams and simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.</p><p>• Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.</p><p>• Knowledge of project management practices; Workday certification or familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.</p><p>• Solid understanding of client-side scripting, configuration management, and Salesforce development.</p><p>• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents and translate them into actionable technical solutions.</p><p>• Hands-on experience with API development and integration technologies.</p>
