Executive Assistant
<p>We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented <strong>Executive Assistant </strong>to support the legal team and help drive day-to-day operational efficiency. This role blends executive-level administrative support with legal operations coordination, requiring strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for legal requests, calendar and meeting management, contract routing, compliance tracking, and documentation support. Based on general knowledge.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide executive assistant support to legal leadership and the broader legal team, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Track legal team projects, monitor progress, and help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Triage incoming legal requests and coordinate with attorneys to prioritize matters appropriately. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Coordinate contract review processes and facilitate signature routing and execution. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Serve as liaison with Human Resources on employee compliance tracking and related documentation. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Act as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system administrator, supporting workflow management, record accuracy, and user needs. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Support legal documentation needs, including mail scanning, file organization, records maintenance, and document management. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items to support team execution. <ul><li>Experience supporting executives, legal teams, or corporate operations in an administrative, executive assistant, legal assistant, or legal operations capacity. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Experience with calendar management, project tracking, document organization, and meeting coordination. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Familiarity with contract administration, signature workflows, and legal intake processes preferred. Based on general knowledge.</li><li>Experience working with CLM platforms or other legal technology systems preferred.
