<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify an ERP Developer <strong>(contract).</strong> In this role, you will play a key role in the design, configuration, integration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and related business systems. <strong>This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday and related integrations.</li><li>Lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.</li><li>Develop solutions to improve business processes, automation, and system performance.</li><li>Serve as the technical lead for Workday-related initiatives and escalated support.</li><li>Lead testing, validation, and implementation of system updates and new functionality.</li><li>Partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.</li><li>Support security, data integrity, reporting, and application governance efforts.</li></ul>
