<p>Robert Half is working with a client in the Atlanta area seeking a Frontend focused Software Engineer.</p><ul><li>Build and enhance modern web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, React, and CSS</li><li>Translate product designs into polished, responsive user experiences</li><li>Make thoughtful decisions around UI/UX, layout, interactions, animations, and performance</li><li>Develop and maintain frontend components integrated with backend APIs</li><li>Contribute to backend development and end-to-end feature delivery as needed</li><li>Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to launch new products</li><li>Improve application scalability, reliability, security, and overall performance</li><li>Take ownership of projects from concept through deployment</li><li>Help drive engineering best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement</li></ul>

<ul><li>Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern CSS</li><li>Experience building and shipping customer-facing web applications</li><li>Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs and backend services</li><li>Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases</li><li>Background working in startups or high-growth environments with lean teams</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently</li><li>Demonstrated curiosity for new technologies, tools, and engineering trends</li><li>Passion for software development beyond day-to-day work, including personal projects, open-source contributions, or side ventures</li><li>Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and move quickly in fast-paced environments</li><li>Several years of software engineering experience, ideally with experience predating the widespread adoption of AI-assisted coding tools</li><li>Comfortable working in a high-accountability environment and contributing across multiple areas when needed</li><li>Must reside in the Atlanta area and be able to work onsite in Midtown Atlanta Monday through Friday</li></ul>
