We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer/Performance Tester to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role requires expertise in performance testing tools and scripting, along with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results. The position is based remotely, with flexibility to collaborate efficiently with the team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct performance testing using tools such as Neoload or LoadRunner to evaluate system efficiency.<br>• Develop and execute detailed test scripts to identify potential performance bottlenecks.<br>• Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified issues and optimize system performance.<br>• Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations.<br>• Ensure the quality of software by performing manual tests as needed.<br>• Utilize Selenium for web browser automation to streamline testing processes.<br>• Work with tools like Zendesk to manage and report testing issues.<br>• Maintain high standards in quality assurance practices to meet project requirements.<br>• Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying areas for improvement in testing workflows.<br>• Adapt quickly to project demands and contribute to a responsive and reactive remote work environment.

• Proven experience in performance testing, preferably with Neoload or LoadRunner.<br>• Strong scripting skills for creating and executing performance test cases.<br>• Proficiency in manual testing techniques and quality assurance methodologies.<br>• Familiarity with Selenium for web browser automation.<br>• Knowledge of Zendesk or similar tools for test issue management.<br>• Excellent analytical skills to interpret test results and provide actionable insights.<br>• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a remote role.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
