In this role, you will handle a variety of financial tasks and ensure the smooth operation of accounting processes within a unique work environment. Responsibilities:• Manage all aspects of financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely payments and collections.• Utilize QuickBooks effectively to maintain organized financial records.• Handle AIA billing and ensure proper documentation for projects.• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) accounts to track project costs and revenues.• Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances.• Prepare detailed reports and summaries for management review.• Collaborate with team members to address accounting-related inquiries and issues.• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping.• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.• Experience with AIA billing and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking.• Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.• Solid understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and unique work environment.
