<p>We are seeking a <strong>Program Manager</strong> to lead complex defense manufacturing and automation programs from concept through completion. This individual will serve as the primary point of accountability for program execution, customer engagement, financial performance, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination. Then please apply today!</p><p>&#39;</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead defense manufacturing and automation programs from proposal through production.</li><li>Manage cost, schedule, scope, risk, and overall program performance.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.</li><li>Develop program schedules, resource plans, budgets, and customer deliverables.</li><li>Lead customer meetings, executive reviews, and program status reporting.</li><li>Support RFP responses, proposal development, and contract execution.</li><li>Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience leading programs, projects, or business initiatives in a manufacturing or technical environment.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience supporting programs within the U.S. defense sector.</li><li>Prior experience with leading defense organizations or comparable government contractors strongly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated success launching, developing, and expanding manufacturing programs from initial planning through full-scale production.</li><li>Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering operations, and program execution.</li><li>Prior experience with federal contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS requirements.</li><li>Experience working within ISO 9001-certified environments and driving process improvement efforts.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed, approximately 30%.</li><li>Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.</li></ul>
