<p>Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Data &amp; Analytics Engineer to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data transformation initiatives.</p><p>This individual will partner closely with technical and business stakeholders to develop scalable data solutions, improve data accessibility, and support strategic decision-making across multiple business functions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop scalable data solutions supporting reporting and analytics initiatives</li><li>Build and maintain data transformation workflows</li><li>Develop logical and physical data models</li><li>Support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics capabilities</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver data requirements</li><li>Improve data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms</li><li>Participate in development best practices, testing, and code management processes</li><li>Support ongoing data modernization efforts</li></ul>

<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence engineering, or related disciplines</li><li>Strong SQL development experience</li><li>Experience working with enterprise data warehouse technologies</li><li>Data modeling experience with Snowflake and DBT </li><li>Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives</li><li>Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms</li><li>Experience with source control and collaborative development environments</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience with modern data transformation frameworks</li><li>Exposure to cloud-native analytics platforms</li><li>Knowledge of enterprise ERP and operational systems</li><li>Experience building scalable reporting datasets and semantic layers</li></ul><p><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Work Schedule</u></strong></p><ul><li>Fully onsite collaboration required within the Dallas-Fort Worth area.</li></ul>
