• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience, with a strong background in construction, manufacturing, modular building, or related industries. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field; an advanced degree or certification is preferred. • Demonstrated expertise in U.S. GAAP, financial statement preparation, month-end close, intercompany accounting, and compliance-focused reporting. • Hands-on knowledge of percentage-of-completion accounting, progress billing, contract terms, contractual billing, and job cost analysis. • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, gross margin analysis, and broader financial analysis for operational decision-making. • Ability to manage banking relationships, debt facilities, and treasury activities with a disciplined approach to liquidity and capital structure. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Enterprise, with the ability to improve reporting accuracy and financial processes.
