Demand Planner
<p>We are looking for a Demand Planner to support data-driven planning and forecast accuracy for our Ioperations in Anderson, South Carolina. This position plays a central role in translating sales patterns, market signals, and business inputs into practical demand plans that guide supply chain decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, sound business judgment, and the ability to work across teams to improve planning performance and responsiveness.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Analyze historical demand, customer activity, and market developments to build reliable planning assumptions and support informed forecast decisions.</p><p>• Create and maintain statistical forecasts while incorporating commercial insights from sales and marketing to produce balanced, realistic demand plans.</p><p>• Lead regional planning discussions and coordinate S&OP-related meetings to align stakeholders on forecast expectations, supply considerations, and response strategies.</p><p>• Evaluate the impact of product introductions, lifecycle changes, and market shifts to support planning scenarios, risk reviews, and escalation needs.</p><p>• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Regional Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure planning decisions reflect cross-functional business priorities.</p><p>• Track forecast accuracy and related performance metrics, identify root causes of variance, and drive improvements in planning effectiveness.</p><p>• Anticipate changes in demand such as seasonality, surges, or market disruptions and work with internal partners to reduce business risk.</p><p>• Present planning insights, assumptions, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders to support consensus and timely decision-making.</p>
<p>• 1+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or a related planning function.</p><p>• Strong background in forecasting, customer demand planning, and production or supply planning processes.</p><p>• Experience working with cross-functional teams in areas such as sales, operations, finance, and supply chain.</p><p>• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret trends, variances, and business drivers.</p><p>• Knowledge of supply chain logistics and global supply chain concepts.</p><p>• Ability to manage planning priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.</p><p>• Experience with financial modeling or quantitative business analysis is preferred.</p>
