Client Analyst
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to partner with sales and operations teams in supporting business development efforts, customer relationships, and order fulfillment activities. This role serves as a key liaison between internal departments and external customers, helping ensure a seamless experience from quote generation through project completion.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Process customer orders and coordinate activities to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.</li><li>Support project scheduling and coordinate with operations teams to facilitate successful implementation and delivery.</li><li>Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing information, and other sales-related documentation.</li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of pricing structures, customer agreements, and product offerings to support sales activities and customer inquiries.</li><li>Generate sales reports, pipeline updates, and business metrics for leadership review.</li><li>Assist with bid submissions, proposal preparation, contract documentation, and related administrative processes.</li><li>Track and maintain records for sales opportunities, customer interactions, and project activities within the CRM system.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and maintain organized documentation throughout the sales cycle.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.</li><li>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and workplace safety requirements.</li><li>Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.</li></ul>
<ul><li>High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, order management, account coordination, or a related administrative role.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Demonstrated success meeting deadlines, goals, and performance expectations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>Experience working with CRM platforms and business management systems.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Experience supporting proposals, bids, contracts, or project-based work is a plus.</li><li>Experience in a product-based, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred but not required.</li></ul>
