This role involves managing and supporting business applications, ensuring their optimal performance, and collaborating with vendors on hosted platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p>

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in computer hardware, technical support, and IT operations.<br>• Experience with ticketing systems and creating technical documentation.<br>• Familiarity with ETL processes and data management practices.<br>• Knowledge of Windows Server and application server environments.<br>• Strong understanding of relational databases and reporting structures.<br>• Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team dynamic.<br>• Exceptional customer service skills, including handling complaints and emergencies effectively.
