<p>We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to help build the next generation of video, audio, and image capture capabilities within a digital reporting platform. This role focuses on designing and developing scalable backend services that integrate with Azure OpenAI and Azure Speech services, while securely managing media in the cloud.</p><p>You will work cross-functionally with product, frontend, cloud, and security teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing AI-powered solutions in a modern Java/Azure environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·        Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices supporting video, audio, and image ingestion workflows.</p><p>·        Integrate with Azure OpenAI and Azure Speech for transcription, text-to-speech, and intelligent data extraction.</p><p>·        Design and implement secure storage solutions using Azure Blob Storage and related services.</p><p>·        Optimize system performance, scalability, latency, and reliability for real-time and batch AI processing.</p><p>·        Collaborate with frontend developers to build and support capture and playback APIs.</p><p>·        Partner with cloud, security, and governance teams to ensure compliance and data protection standards.</p>

<p><strong>Core Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.</p><p>·        5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot backend development.</p><p>·        5+ years of experience with React frontend development.</p><p>·        Strong experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).</p><p>·        Hands-on experience with Azure services, including storage and containerized applications.</p><p>·        Experience integrating AI/ML or LLM services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, speech, or vision APIs).</p><p>·        Solid understanding of secure API design, authentication, and access control.</p><p>·        Experience using GitHub (source control), Jira, and Confluence.</p><p>·        Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</p><p>·        Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·        Experience working with media files (audio, video, image processing) and related APIs.</p><p>·        Experience with WebSockets or real-time streaming technologies (audio/video).</p><p>·        Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.</p><p>·        Experience working in regulated or security-focused environments.</p><p>·        Exposure to cloud-native architecture and microservices design patterns.</p>
