<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting or Finance required.</li><li>CPA strongly preferred.</li><li>7+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility.</li><li>Prior experience leading audits and preparing financial statements.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and nonprofit accounting principles.</li><li>Experience with accounting systems and financial reporting tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p>
