Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Albany, Georgia in a Contract to permanent capacity. This role focuses on building new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients, understanding their accounts receivable and debt recovery challenges, and introducing solutions that address those needs. The ideal candidate is confident in outbound sales, organized in managing pipeline activity, and effective at turning conversations into scheduled appointments.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Identify and assess prospective clients by asking thoughtful questions to uncover needs tied to collections, debt recovery, and receivables support.<br>• Communicate service offerings clearly and convincingly to generate interest and move prospects through the sales process.<br>• Arrange calls and meetings with key decision-makers to create strong opportunities for the sales pipeline.<br>• Keep prospecting efforts, follow-up activity, and client communications current and accurate within the company CRM.<br>• Partner with leadership and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions reflect client goals and business requirements.<br>• Consistently achieve defined weekly and monthly outreach and performance targets.<br>• Monitor market developments, common customer challenges, and competitor activity to strengthen sales conversations.
• Experience in inside sales, business development, or a related client-facing sales role.<br>• Ability to build interest, handle objections, and advance prospects toward scheduled appointments.<br>• Strong communication and presentation skills with a detail-oriented approach to client outreach.<br>• Proven ability to manage sales activity, maintain accurate records, and track pipeline progress.<br>• Comfortable working toward measurable performance goals in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Knowledge of sales strategies that support revenue growth and opportunity development.<br>• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support client solutions.
