• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.<br>• Demonstrated background managing shipping and receiving activities in a busy distribution setting.<br>• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory movement, and team coordination.<br>• Ability to lead associates effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.<br>• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to daily operational detail.<br>• Experience supporting warehouse management processes and maintaining efficient workflows.
