Upholding strong governance—Continued focus on ethical business practices and innovation with purpose, using advanced technologies, like artificial intelligence, responsibly.
Investing in our people—87% of employees who took our biannual employee engagement survey said Robert Half is a great place to work and more than 340,000 training and development hours were completed.
Strengthening our communities—Employees volunteered more than 104,000 hours and the company’s total community investment reached $6.2 million, including cash donations, the value of time volunteered and in-kind giving.
Helping clients succeed—Robert Half’s “recruiters plus AI” service model supports accurate and relevant client-candidate matches, while Protiviti continues to scale AI-enabled tools and solutions with strong governance, data protection and human oversight.
Advancing environmental sustainability—Renewable electricity coverage across our global facilities increased from 93% to 97%. We continued progress toward our science-based emissions reductions targets. In Europe and the Middle East, we increased renewable electricity coverage to 84%, up from 62% in 2024.
