2024 Report Highlights:

People and Culture: Grounded in continuous feedback, our people-first philosophy focuses on employee well-being, career growth and connection. 88% of employees believe Robert Half and Protiviti are great places to work. Community Impact: Robert Half offers volunteer, philanthropic and community engagement opportunities for its employees. In 2024, the company set new records for volunteerism, with a total of 96,000+ volunteer hours, supporting 2,400 nonprofits. Environmental Sustainability: We continue to make progress on our science-based targets (SBTs) for reducing emissions and increasing the number of suppliers (by spend) who have aligned SBTs, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to climate action. In 2024, Robert Half increased renewable electricity coverage to 93% globally.  Inclusion and Belonging: Robert Half is dedicated to cultivating an inclusive culture where employees feel a strong sense of belonging. The company’s 17 global Employee Network Groups (ENGs) across 18 countries are open to all employees and unite professionals with shared interests and backgrounds from around the world. Commitment to Innovation: Robert Half embraces emerging technologies to streamline processes, enhance client outcomes and improve employee experiences. In 2024, this included the global rollout of Protiviti Atlas, and the ongoing adoption of AI Recommended Talent (ART) and AI Recommended Clients (ARC) in talent solutions.
