	Age 18-34 76% yes
	Age 35-54 68% yes
	Age 55+ 53% yes

Those making career resolutions primarily hope to:

	33% Expand a skill set/seek professional development
	22% Get a raise or promotion
	21% Achieve greater work-life balance
	14% Change jobs or careers
	8% Improve relationships with my boss or coworkers
	2% Other
