Manage your job search in one place, either on our website or with the Robert Half mobile app. They’re free and easy to use. Enter your profile information and upload your resume. Afterward, you’ll receive job recommendations that match your skills and preferences.
Search for openings and apply for ones that seem like a good match for you. When submitting an application, you don’t need to provide a cover letter. Our branch offices do not review them. Once you apply, you should receive confirmation by email and/or a message in the app.
You can now track all the jobs that you have saved or applied to on either roberthalf.com or the mobile app. On desktop, once signed into your Robert Half account on https://online.roberthalf.com/s/login, go to your profile. Click on “My Jobs” at the top of the page. To reference any jobs you’ve applied for, click on the “Applied” tab. You will see a list of jobs with an “Applied” ribbon at the corner of each job card. For mobile, once you’ve applied for a job, a message should appear in the app confirming your application. To see jobs that you've applied to tap “My Jobs” at the bottom of the “Home” screen, then tap on “Applied” at the top of the screen.
On the desktop, to view any jobs you have saved, go to your profile. Click on “My Jobs” at the top of the page, then click on the “Saved” tab. You will see a list of all the jobs you collected and saved with a red heart icon at the top-right corner of each job card. Click the heart icon if you want to remove a job from your saved list. For mobile, tap “My Jobs” at the bottom of the “Home” screen and you should see the list of your saved jobs under the “Saved” section. Jobs that are saved have a red heart icon at the top-right corner of each job card. Tap the heart icon if you want to remove a job from your saved list. It’s easy to keep your job search organized by using all the great features with your Robert Half profile, on app or desktop!
If your skills and experience meet the requirements of either the position you applied for or another open role, we’ll contact you. Also, we’re always on the lookout for candidates with the skills that match what our clients typically require. If you don’t receive a response, perhaps the position has been staffed or your experience did not match the client’s needs. Don’t let the lack of a response deter you.
