Supplier Inclusion

Supplier inclusion at Robert Half is a corporatewide initiative designed to support the promotion, growth and development of small and/or diverse-, women-, veteran-, service-disabled veteran-, and LGBTQ+- owned businesses, and business owners with apparent and non-apparent disabilities. We have established supplier inclusion purchasing targets to assist us in measuring our purchases from small and diverse businesses and we strongly encourage our community alliances and suppliers to work with diverse suppliers themselves. Celebrate our 20th anniversary

Since 2004, we have been making a positive impact on the diverse businesses and communities that we interact with on a daily basis. Our goal is to secure the various products and services we need from respected suppliers at highly competitive prices while simultaneously meeting our supplier inclusion targets. Additionally, our Supplier Inclusion Program conducts outreach activities and attends business events in support of many diverse business organizations, of which we are proud to be Corporate Members. At Robert Half, these two words mean fairness, promotion, growth, and the development of small and diverse companies of all kinds. Our goal is to maintain – at a minimum – 35% of our total U.S. supplier spend with small and diverse businesses, which are at least 51% owned, managed, and operated by individuals from historically underrepresented communities. [00:31]: This includes women, underrepresented racial and ethnic groups, Veterans, service-disabled veterans, individuals with apparent and non-apparent disabilities, and individuals who identify as LGBTQ+. [00.46]: We know that many diverse- and small-owned businesses face barriers to resources, like restricted access to finance, networks, training, and education. [00:54]: With our supplier inclusion policies, we’re better able to meet the needs of our customers while supporting local businesses in the community. [01:02]: Since 2004, our program has grown to an increasing number of relationships with organizations that share Robert half's commitment in supporting diverse communities. [01:11]: We have a dedicated team that actively seeks diverse suppliers through outreach and business development organizations and provides resources to increase the use of diverse businesses. [01:22]: As we continue to develop our program, we welcome recommendations and referrals for more alliance opportunities. When we make inclusion a priority, everyone wins.
