Supplier Inclusion
Our Supplier Inclusion program reflects our core values – integrity, inclusion, innovation and commitment to success – while driving meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work. At Robert Half, we actively seek to include suppliers and partners that help us meet the needs of both our internal and external customers.
As a U.S.-based initiative, Supplier Inclusion is designed to promote the growth and development of small businesses. By fostering competition among all suppliers, we believe we gain access to the highest-quality goods and services at competitive prices, while strengthening the local business communities.
We have also established responsible sourcing initiatives to measure our economic impact and to encourage our suppliers and community partners to support these businesses.

Our Supplier Inclusion Journey
Since 2004, we have worked to create lasting, positive impact on the businesses and communities that we engage with daily. Our goal is to procure high-quality products and services from respected suppliers at competitive prices while advancing our supplier inclusion efforts.
Additionally, our Supplier Inclusion Program conducts outreach activities and attends business events in support of a wide range of business organizations.

Strong businesses are built on strong relationships.
[04:23]
The best ideas, services and solutions come from bringing together talented people. Unique perspectives and innovative thinking.
[12:04]
That's why Supplier Inclusion is an essential part of how we do business at Robert Half and Protiviti.
[17:20]
Our objective is simple:
[19:11]
Engage high-performing suppliers who support our business needs and enhance overall supply chain performance.
[25:16]
That includes small, veteran, disadvantaged, and women-owned businesses.
[29:22]
By building relationships with suppliers that reflect the communities we serve. We're strengthening our network, broadening perspectives and driving better business outcomes.
[39:03]
We know that many small businesses face challenges that can limit growth
[42:20]
from access to capital and networks to training, mentorship, and resources.
[47:22]
That's one reason why Supplier Inclusion matters.
[51:02]
It helps us meet the evolving needs of our customers by reducing the risk of disruption to our supply chain, while supporting businesses that can help create jobs, strengthen communities, and fuel innovation.
[01:02:02]
Inclusion isn't a trend, it's how we lead.
[01:05:03]
Since 2004, we've built relationships that create opportunity for suppliers, our business, and the communities we serve.
[01:11:18]
Today, our program continues to grow through relationships with organizations and business development networks that share our commitment to expanding opportunity.
[01:20:11]
Our dedicated Supplier Inclusion team actively engages with suppliers, fosters connections, and helps create pathways to new opportunities.
[01:29:04]
Together with our suppliers, clients, and employees, we are creating opportunities that drive growth and shared success.
[01:35:21]
Because when opportunity expands, innovation thrives.
[01:39:21]
When relationships grow, businesses succeed.
[01:42:21]
And when more businesses succeed, communities prosper.
[01:46:14]
Supplier Inclusion isn't a tagline, it's how we do business.
