In this role, you will work closely with executives and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and consistency of various materials. This position involves a blend of proofreading and copy editing tasks, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review and proofread high-volume proxy statements, annual reports, and supplemental documents to ensure clarity and consistency.<br>• Edit Investor Day presentation decks and other investor communication materials for accuracy and precision.<br>• Verify the content of supplemental documents, such as 65-page reports, for adherence to organizational standards.<br>• Collaborate with executives to ensure all materials align with the company's messaging and goals.<br>• Perform proofreading and editing tasks related to system reporting and presentations.<br>• Maintain high-quality standards across all reviewed content, adhering to established guidelines.<br>• Utilize PowerPoint and Excel to review and edit presentation decks effectively.<br>• Ensure all written materials reflect the organization's mission and values.<br>• Stay organized while managing a high workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.
