Success in the role will come from strong market awareness, vendor engagement, and practical experience navigating procurement processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct supplier and market research to identify vendors with relevant experience that align with project and operational needs.<br>• Reach out to prospective suppliers, request pricing, and compare quotes to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.<br>• Manage the purchasing cycle by preparing and processing purchase orders in accordance with internal procurement practices.<br>• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service expectations to secure favorable vendor agreements.<br>• Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to improve responsiveness, reliability, and overall service quality.<br>• Evaluate current vendor coverage and recommend opportunities to broaden the supplier base.<br>• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand material or service needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.<br>• Maintain accurate procurement records and support ongoing buying activities with timely follow-up and documentation.
